In general aspects, chemicals are imported in the Republic of Moldova. In present the quantity of chemicals used in country are considerably reduced. However, the impact of chemicals used in tree past decades in agriculture and other branches of economy are very significant and the remeinder effect are continued in present too. Industry and transport also have their impact by emission of different pollutants into the environment.
